Progressive Die Stamping

Progressive die stamping

High-volume production stampings using progressive dies that perform multiple operations in a single press stroke, delivering consistent quality across millions of cycles.

Pax Machine Works provides progressive die stamping services from our 28+ press facility in Celina, Ohio, with capacity from 100 to 1,200 tons. We design, build, and maintain all progressive dies in-house and hold IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.

Overview

Progressive die stamping

Progressive die stamping is our highest-volume production capability. A progressive die performs multiple stamping operations (blanking, piercing, forming, drawing, and trimming) in a single press stroke as the metal strip advances through sequential stations. This process delivers exceptional dimensional consistency, high production rates, and cost efficiency for medium-to-high volume programs.
